Can I get a price check on these two bows please? (I'll put up for auction depending on the price check)

Damage +17% (while hp below 50%)
Life stealing: 4
Life regen: -1
Armour +6 (vs. physical attacks)
[EDIT] I guess 17%<50% is a normal mod

next:

Fiery Shortbow of Enchanting
15-28 (11 markmenship required)
Damage +15% hp below 50%
Enchantments last 15% longer

Of course bow doesn't have any penalty for a 17%<50 it's a normal mod...

really? I didn't know that I thought it was 15% max? Thanks anyways, doesn't seem worth my time selling it I guess

15% is max if it is above 50% (a positive situation); it can go up to 20% if BELOW 50% (a little help for when you're in trouble), and if you're hexed.
